1. LOG IN
Log into your Customer Club account or register if you don't already have one.
2. CHOOSE ITEMS
Register the products you wish to trade in via your Customer Club account. Here you can also see the re-sell value for the product in question, that you will receive as a gift card in exchange.
3. SEND YOUR ITEMS
Complete the registration and receive a pre-paid shipping label via e-mail, that you can use to send your items.
4. RECEIVE GIFT CARD
You will receive the gift card on the registered e-mail, once your items have arrived and been through a small check-up.

The items you trade in do not have to be in perfect condition, but we kindly ask that they are clean with all the original labels intact. Minor flaws will be fixed by capable hands at our facilities if needed and will not reflect your re-sell value.
