It’s a place where things are made slowly, thoughtfully, and always with a sense of connection—to the land, the sea, and the seasons. Enjoy your stay.

Housed in a bright blue building with an airy, welcoming feel, Brødre Bageri is an unexpected gem in tiny Tejn. Here, Bertram and his team bring Copenhagen-style sourdough to the north coast of Bornholm, using locally-grown and ground flour to bake loaves, cakes, and more. In the evening, it’s all about wood-fired pizza, a curated selection of natural wines, and local beer—plus communal dinners and events that make this place feel a little extra like home.
